I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and got my start in industrial automotive technology, as a Powertrain Specialist. Over the years, my passion for technology expanded beyond the automotive world into IT and smart home solutions.

I hold a Google IT Certificate that includes training and certifications in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Computer Networking, Operating Systems, and IT support. This diverse background allows me to approach every project with both hands-on technical expertise and a strong understanding of modern technology systems.

Melissa

Born and raised in Costa Rica, my career spans over a decade of leadership in operations management, hospitality, property management, and higher education. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Costa Rica, later certified in the United States through IERF.

I have managed large teams, coordinated events taking care of thousands of guests, and overseen complex logistics with a large group of team members, from the University of California conference services to private residential property operations.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, I bring strong work ethics, organizational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our Family Tech Solutions clients.
